HARPENDEN BEER FESTIVAL?????
By smirnoff2010 | Tuesday, May 25, 2010, 21:22
Has any body thought about the damage a beer festival has on the hard working suffering pubs in this great town????of course they havent!!!!! Keep it local they say??? how by inviting another town to come and sell beer and show the footy and make all the local pubs suffer as a result?? we should boycott the beer festival and show support to the local pubs in harpenden that work every day all year long that provide a hub to this town, i would very much appreciate your views.

You can't beat a proper pub to watch football in. That sort of atmosphere just can't be replicated. And if England put us through the usual drama we might be needing shots to get through the game as well as beer!

ReportI for one will be enjoying a good few pints while watching the World Cup in my local. I agree we should be supporting the local pubs in Harpenden who are there for us 365 days a year, come rain or shine.
SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL PUBS!
Come on England!!
