I usually do Gary's Saturday morning bootcamp and it is such a good way to start the weekend; fresh air, open spaces, a great bunch of people and a motivating, professional leader. The sessions are always different so it's always a challenge and never boring! I couldn't recommend Edwards Health & Fitness Boot Camp high enough.

I have been doing boot camp with Gary for 1 year now and still look forward to turning up to see what we will be doing.I also do the early morning class and really enjoy it & feel great afterwards. My fitness has improved and I really recommend that you come down & give it a try!
I really enjoy Gary's Boot Camp, even when it's snowing and freezing cold! It makes me feel better and I have more energy and my friends all tell me how good I look. He's very knowledgeable about his work and I highly recommend his classes. Dana Allen
At last a fitness class that gets results! Gary is a totally professional trainer who knows what he's talking about. His focused and varied classes get your endorphins pumping and motivate you to achieve and surpass (!) your personal fitness goals. Always a great challenge and loads of fun. I can't recommend Gary Edward's bootcamp classes hightly enough.

If your idea of exercise is once round the block followed by a latte, or an hour in a comfy gym then you might not think bootcamp is for you. All that sweating and mud, ugh! However, if you have reached a plateau with your fitness training and can feel yourself starting to hibernate, then this is the group to join NOW. But be warned it's addictive! Gary Edwards, an extremely experienced instructor, runs his classes at the top end of Rothamsted Park with fantastic views in all directions. Group sizes and ability vary as do the sessions which means that you are never bored or unchallenged. Come along, bring your cross trainers and a pair of gloves and hat. You've guessed it......Gary is there come rain, snow, hail and frost!
