Rollings Wine is superb and Paul (the proprietor) is always friendly and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough! It's just a great tragedy that they, and 3 other businesses, including the excellent Jelly's Meats, have been FORCED out of their properties, by a new landlord who I've have been told (by one of the shopkeepers) has said “he doesn't care about the community”. Hopefully the forced move will be good for Rollins etc, whilst their current site is flattened and rumoured to be replaced with the dreaded Tesco. What has been a superb little cluster of community oriented shops will be replaced by a retail scar on the area.

Rollings Wine Company was established in 1997 as a wholesale wine company supplying the hotel and restaurant trade, continuing the family name that had traded in Hertfordshire since 1896. 2007 saw the opening of our first shop which has gone from strength to strength. In the 2008 International Wine Challenge Merchant Awards (our first year of entering) we were awarded a ‘Highly Commended’ and have been shortlisted once again in 2011.
At Rollings Wine Company we are able to assist you with menu matching. This was featured on Channel 4’s ‘’Come Dine with Me’’ where Paul was asked to select wines for a special dinner party.
The ethos of the company is simple – good wines at honest prices – not wines you find everywhere, at inflated prices. Quality and value, especially in the current economic turmoil, are things that we seek out and our customers expect.

Great News to hear that Rollings are opening up on Station Road. I can't wait. Its the perfect spot for attracting the commuters off the train of an evening. I've always had great advice whenever I've been in to the Luton Road shop and the selection is fantastic.

What a find!!! Rollings Wines, Luton Road- Harpenden, is a great place to buy wine. With friendly advice and a wide range to choose from you will be spoilt for choice. I use them a lot for gifts and to buy a couple of 'special' bottles for when we have good friends round for dinner; the bottles chosen have never disappointed!
