Great Store
Phew, that's a relief. I thought you were disappearing completely. Look forward to hearing about the new premises.......you are still far and away the best store in town, helpful, friendly and offering a great range of stock.

Odds&ends is a small but well stocked shop, selling allsorts of useful products, if we don't stock it ask we might be able to get it

yes we are closing down in the current shop, but i am trying to find another shop premises in Harpenden, will update when i find one,and let all our customers know where it will be

RUDE
Just got home having bought two plastic boxes, the one that they put inside was smashed at the bottom. I phoned to explain and ask if I could bring it back and the RUDE man on the phone could only say "I'm not there, they check the boxes" so does that mean he thinks I am lying? His attitude sucked, typical "i don't give a dam" Customer service at it's worst ........

Odds and ends Harpenden understand good customer service
I have read a lot on here lately about poor customer service around town and how this store seems to be highly commended on theirs- I have to agree!!!
Popped in Saturday for some hooks and was greeted by a member of staff who readily started a conversation while serving. The store has also branched out and has a wider range of stock. -
Odds and Ends - Best Store in Town
This is without doubt the best store in town. Stocks everything you need and even stuff you probably didnt think you needed ! The icing on the cake is being served by friendly, normal staff, which is such a rarity in this town.

we are under going a make-over @ odds & ends with a newly painted shopfront come and have a look round, Jenny is now full-time manager since Colin and Mary have retired, Richard is still the owner and we have a new face in Yasmin who is on hand to help on a part time basis, so come on in for a warm welcome

Odds and Ends, Harpenden- a real Alladin's cave!
Odds and Ends, Harpenden, does exactly what it says on the tin...provides all those odds and ends that you need and can't find anyhwere else! From tuppaware to hooks, baking trays to whisks and envelopes to stickers...they really do have a wide away of produce in a newly decorated store run by friendly staff.
