Do we shop at the same store ?
Their range is limited and has been for years. I have to order most of my stuff via Boots on line as the Harpenden store is unwilling or unable to offer a wider range. My experience of staff is that they are generally disinterested and unhelpful. I have on many occasions spent time searching for an item, watched by staff, who never once offer assistance and , if asked, never seem to know where the item can be located. There is only one exception to this.......a wonderful lady who works on the main tills. Am giving one star as I have to provide a rating.........but shame there isnt a zero star option

Boots, harpenden, has friendly staff and convienient opening hours
Boots has a good range of products in store (although they would do even better if they stocked their children's range.) The staff are friendly and knowledgable and it is good to see that there isn't a really high turnover of staff- lots of peope are on first name terms with some staff members!
The later opening hours, 8pm, are just what was needed; perfect for after work nessities or bedtime medicine runs!
