I have eaten here many times over the years. The service and food are always excellent. In addition to being child friendly they are also elderly friendly. When we took my partner’s aunt who has quite severe mobility problems they were extremely helpful moving a few tables to ease access and checking that everything was OK for her. I thought it was worth bringing their lunchtime special to readers’ attention. They offer a number of main courses at £4.95 at lunchtime. I enjoyed a plate of pasta and a glass of their excellent house red the other lunchtime. You feel as if you have had a real break from modern hectic life that unfortunately seems continuous in some other establishments.

Pasta Cibo, Harpenden, is a lovely little restaurant which serves good food in a warm and cosy setting. The staff are welcoming and friendly and, as debigg said, it is a 'true taste of Italy!' They are also really child friendly so a perfect place to take the kids!
Pasta Cibo is a great little restaurant on Station Road. It's seems to have been there forever! A family run, traditional Italian restaurant, where you can enjoy great pasta dishes and pizzas with family and friends. In summer the restaurant puts tables on the street, so you can take in Harpenden life over a glass of chianti and antipasto. Perfect!
