Many St Albans-based attractions will be opening their doors, including St Albans Signal Box, Kingsbury Watermill and St Albans Organ Theatre. Butterfly World will be offering visitors the chance to get an early preview before it opens its doors for the summer season at the end of April.
Several restaurants in the city will also be offering residents discounts or complementary items as they enter in to the spirit of the weekend.
Leisure Connection, who provide facilities for arts, entertainment and sports in the district, will be offering 2 for 1 deals on many of its activities. Harpenden residents can take advantage of the 2 for 1 deals at Harpenden Sports Centre in Rothamsted Park over the weekend on all fitness classes, tennis courts, badminton, swimming, plus Harpers Gym and health suite.
There will also be Backstage and Auditorium Tours at Harpenden Public Halls, giving locals an insight in to the workings of the theatre.
