  I am nor sure if it is just me but the number of inconsiderate and aggressive drivers in Harpenden seems to be growing. Last Saturday morning I picked up a friend who lives off Milton Road to go over to Wheathampstead. On the return journey I was driving along Topstreet Way when I was caught up by a new'ish black Range Rover. Each time I slowed for one of the speed humps the braked later and later.
