Snow fall like an old fool

I am always amazed at the amount of people who dress totally inappropriately when the weather dictates something more sensible.

Im not just talking about the younger generation. The amount if pedestrians above a certain age who walk around with footwear more suitable for a Sunday afternoon drive defies reason. 

Like I said, snow fall like an old fool.
