Harpenden Sings Gospel 13 - 20 August 2010

Have you ever wanted to sing in a Gospel Choir, now is your chance! Come and join the Harpenden Gospel Community Choir this summer at St Nicholas Church Hall, Church Green. Have fun as you learn how to sing uplifting and inspirational Gospel songs, boost your singing skills and meet new friends.

The Harpenden Sings Gospel week will kick off with a free taster session on Friday 13 August 2010 and ends with the big ‘Harpenden Sings Gospel’ concert on Friday 20th August.

Working with members of the Luton Gospel Community Choir, you will learn how to sing gospel style including ‘powering up’ your voice, harmonies, and much more. Then end the week with a spectacular gospel display at the big ‘Harpenden Sings Gospel’ Finale concert where you as a member of the new Harpenden gospel Community Choir will ‘show off’ your new vocal skills to family, friends and the wider Harpenden Community. It will be a singing, swinging, hand clapping, foot stomping week of glee and vocal enjoyment.

So if you like singing, and want to be part of a choir or just want to have a go, come and get involved! Why not even sponsor a friend (Or get your friends to sponsor you) and raise money for charity.

So who can join the choir?
ANYONE OVER 16 can join the Choir! There are no auditions and no previous singing experience is needed! All you need is love of singing, a willingness to take part and ready to have lots of fun.
