I have just walked down Thompson Close in Town and noticed that the garden which used to belong to the cafe (directly behind Phase Eight) is being redeveloped into two 'Gift Barns.'
Hopefully the Barns will provide affordable retail units for independent businesses...just what Harpenden needs!
