I advised a Harpenden People user that named Motability drivers can be granted permission to use the vehicle for purposes other than directly using it to aid the disabled person whom the vehicle is supplied to. Motability have advised me named drivers are only allowed to use the vehicle if the disabled person is in the vehicle or is being dropped of or collected.
