Yes if you choose the right cafe. Without doubt the best place for a weekday coffee and catch up, where little ones can amuse themselves with lego and colouring and not get 'tutted' at is good old Wesley's, adjacent to the Methodist Church on the high street. Full marks to them for embracing young families, supplying baby changing facilities, providing a buggy parking area, 2 ground floor toilets, fairtrade drinks, covered beakers, little cakes etc. I am a regular on the Wesley's scene, I know I can go there most mornings and either bump into a friend or chat to the person in the seat next to me. Other cafe's take note, this is how you retain your customers, small or large!

Yes of course! - If cafe's and shops want mums or grandparents who have small children it tow to enjoy their time chatting over a coffee or browse through their rails and shelves you have to cater for the little ones thats why at The Daisy Chain Store we have an easel, crayons, colouring books, a play table and chairs with a box of toys, and for dads or the elderly a couple of chairs and table with some local reading matter to make your shopping experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Offering little extra's like free wrapping is also a bonus, saving you a couple of pounds on paper and ribbons we consider it part of the service.
