Whats new (and whats not)

As last winter was long and harsh I decided then that I needed to invest in a new winter coat that would last a long time and do what it says on the box. Today I received my new winter coat at a cost of just under £200. I also invested £50 on an interchanagable fleece for it too. I unpacked it and tried it on before removing all the tags. I thought it was great. Then it happened. Putting my hands in its deep secure pockets I found a receipt for a punnet of fruit from a farm shop in Cornwall. My heart sank. My expensive new winter coat wasn't new. How has this happened. I bought it from the manufactures own web site whom I had no reason to doubt. That's changed now. Does anyone know if this is usual practise. Does it happen often.
