Popdance® continues over the Summer Holidays

We had a great time at Race for Life on Sunday - we loved warming

up the Race for Life gals with a Popdance® Shania Twain routine - it was

fantastic to see thousands of people in pink joining in and having fun.

Popdance® has been growing from strength to strength and now

have classes "popping" (excuse the pun!) up all over the UK.  Classes

will be running throughout Summer - in St. Albans they are held at

Trestle on Monday nights, 8pm - 9pm and also in Harpenden at the Leisure

Centre on Wednesday nights at 8pm - 9pm - do come along and meet Helen -

who is currently working on the choreography on ITV's new show "Born To

Shine" and was also choreographer on "Britains Got Talent" - she's

certainly got some moves.

We've had a very busy year so far with lots of things going on - so do watch this space!
