Incorrect infomation

A while ago I gave some information to another Harpenden People user. It was concerning the use of motability vehicles. I stated that their was a president for named drivers of motability vehicles to use the vehicle for other purposes other than using it for person the vehicle was supplied to.

Sincere appolgies. Motability have advised me that this is not the case.

If the vehicle is being used for purposes other than collecting, dropping off or driving the person the vehicle was registered to then this constitutes a breach of contact. the vehicle is not insured if used for other purposes.

Obviously this is not the case if it is the registered user is driving the vehicle themself.
